the extras are the main reason I purchased this package. The camera on the other hand is not the greatest. Sure its a great basic use camera but the issues Ive had seem to be it doesn't really hold the battery life and the functions to connect to the app are hard. It is clearly a basic camera made for the basic need.

I have a fairly extensive collection of Hero cameras starting with the Session. I still use 4 Silvers and Blacks on my 3DR drones (still flying). Then the the Hero 5 which came with the Karma drone which was an awesome drone. Then a 7, 8 and 12. As the numbers went up so did the weight, which I really didn't mind. But the new Hero 4 is small, light and inexpensive and I carry it around a lot more than the other cameras. It's always handy and takes great shots and video. Best when there is plenty of light.
