    No, the Apple Magic Keyboard for 12.9" iPad Pro (English) BH #APMXQU2LLA will only work when the iPad is connected via the magnetic smart connector which is on the back of the iPad Pro 3rd/4th gen.

    Can I use this with a case, or do I have to remove it for the keyboard to attach to the iPad?

    It IS a case, you can't have a case on it. It's a pretty firm magnetic attachment but not full coverage around the edges, in fact no coverage around the edges. I love it, the single cable charging and adjustable angle are amazing... but it's quite heavy.

    Just ordered a second Mac mini. Do I need another keyboard and mouse, or can I just use my Magic keyboard that I purchased with my first Mac mini? Will there be a conflict once I connect my second computer.
