T* blue Coating for Controlled Flares
- To produce unique artistic flares, even when zooming, aim a focused light down the zoom barrel; when not flared, this zoom produces normal rendering like the standard Supreme Prime series.
- The T* blue coating enables cinematographers to control flare effects; under normal lighting, the Supreme Zoom Radiance lenses will render a standard look.
- The Supreme Zoom Radiance lenses are also slightly warmer than the Supreme Primes, creating a slightly livelier look with good skin tones.
Versatile Look with Smooth Falloff
- The Radiance look features a sharp yet gentle look with focus falloff and pleasant bokeh.
- These zooms combine a modern design with a look subtly reminiscent of ZEISS Super Speeds.
- A relatively fast T2.9 maximum aperture enables low-light capture and shallow depth-of-field looks.
Maintains Contrast
Unlike most uncoated flare lenses, the Radiance lenses provide anti-reflective coatings on each lens element, preventing a loss of contrast.
Consistent Ergonomic Design
- Consistent positioning of focus, iris, and zoom gear rings enables you to quickly swap out lenses when using Radiance and standard Supreme prime and zoom lenses.
- The Radiance Zoom series includes this wide 15-30mm lens plus 28-80mm and 70-200mm zooms.
- The focus marks in feet on this lens can be switched to meters.
ZEISS eXtended Data and CinCraft
- ZEISS eXtended Data Technology provides data like depth of field and hyperfocal distance, focus/iris/zoom values, entrance pupil position, distortion and shading, and more.
- Supports the CinCraft camera tracking system through the Supreme Lenses Virtual Lens Package.
Interchangeable PL Mount
This Supreme Zoom Radiance lens has an ARRI PL mount that can be swapped out with a separately available ARRI LPL mount.
