You would need to use a lens adapter like the Viltrox E-Z AF Lens Mount Adapter (Sony E to Nikon Z), BH #VIEZLMAR, which does enable autofocus but will not have ND filtering. Because of the nature of adapting E-mount to Z-mount, filtering via the adapter will not be possible,

On the Sony a9 III and A1, third-party lenses are limited to 15 fps, so this Sigma 300-600mm f/4 DG OS Sports Lens (Sony E) will have a similar limitation. Faster 30 fps shooting is only possible with compatible first-party Sony lenses.

The front element is 167mm in diameter. I believe that is the same size as the Sony 600mm GM Prime.
