With simple two-way switches for release and attack speeds, this pedal is straightforward and intuitive.
You can switch between a 1 or 10 ms attack and a 300 ms to 1 second release. Sustain control lets you adjust the compression ratio from 1:1 to 20:1, depending on compression settings. Onboard Wet/Dry blend control allows you to engage in internal parallel compression. You can also freely adjust input gain and output levels. The bypass is buffered, propping up your signal during long cable runs or complex pedalboard setups. A custom API output transformer rounds out the analog circuitry. The TranZformer CMP can accept standard power supplies from 9 to 18 VDC, with higher voltages providing more headroom.
