Please note, to take advantage of this warranty, your hardware must currently be under its native warranty. There is no limit as to how many claims can be submitted in a single year, except if a customer has already exhausted their total pool of claims. Once the claim limit is reached, the limit of liability for ADP under this HP service agreement will have been reached, but all other aspects of the HP service purchased will remain in effect unless specifically documented. Unused claims at end of contract term are not eligible for credit or refund.
