Diffusion panel is 1 stop per specs or 2 per photo of bag?
The diffusion panel in the 4-in-1 is consistent with the 2 stop version in our 6-in-1 kits (Identified by the dark banding). The actual response will be based on how you use it. Thanks for bringing the inconsistencies between the specs and the packaging to our attention.

Is there a side to use this as a white reflector vs as a diffusion panel?
It's the same on both sides -- it's a single sheet of semi-transparent white fabric. (It's somewhat reflective because it's white.)
