question

When I plug one of these headsets with the 5 pin connector into an RTS two-channel beltpack, I can only hear channel 1. What am I doing wrong?
Asked by: Pat N.
There is a jumper inside the beltpack that configures the box to work either in stereo or mono mode. The headset has a 5 pin connector, but is still a mono headset. You'll need to set that beltpack to mono for you to be able to hear both channels on this headset.Hope it helps.
