The Bushnell 7x50 Permafocus Binocular is a full sized 7x unit with a focus-free design, so that you'll never miss the action while fumbling to focus.  It is designed only for use with distant subjects.  Just aim and your subject comes into clear view.  This 7x50 model is well-suited to stadium sports where you are more distant from the field, and with its 50mm objective lenses it provides a very bright view.

Fully coated optics for superior light transmission and brightness
Unique "Focus-Free" feature ideal for stadium sports events
Non-slip rubber armor absorbs shock while providing a firm grip

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The Bushnell Permafocus 7x50 Binoculars are an outstanding value at low cost (at B&H Photo Video). The good stuff: lightweight, wide-angle views, clear images, and user-friendly to glass-wearers. And of course, there is no refocusing needed when you pass them around! The bad stuff: nothing!!! Now, compared to the other two Permafocus sizes... The smaller 7x35s are great, but don't gather as much light. The larger 12x50s are too powerful for steady viewing, and have the smaller field of view (I also own those two models). The 7x50s are the perfect combination of field of view width, light gathering, and weight. A tremendous value for less than $50.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 92 yr old dad loves the permafocus function I took my 92 yr dad to an airshow where he was an honored VIP guest for being a WWII fighter pilot. There were eight other guys there all in their 90's who had served during WWII in the air force. I handed these binoculars to dad to view the airplanes in the air and he was thrilled that everything was crystal clear to his 92 yr old eyes and no focusing was needed. He then asked me if he could have them, to which I replied sure Dad, they now belong to you. But now I have to purchase another pair. :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value The quality of these binoculars is impressive.Clarity and brightness is excellent. I bought these particular ones because of the long eye relief (20mm). I wanted binoculars I could use with my glasses on. They work well for that, except you have to fold down the rubber eye cups first. That can be a little difficult, and then they don't want to stay down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased A friend and fellow fisherman highly recommended these Bushnell Perma-Focus binoculars. He was so enthused about them that I ordered two pair. I wanted a pair for the boat and my wife and I both enjoy watching the wildlife in the woods surrounding our home. I'm an eyeglass wearer, nearsighted with astigmatism, I typically find binoculars very difficult to use. It usually means having to remove my eyeglasses while I use the binoculars and while operating the boat or fishing I need another hand or two. These are very easy because of the ample eye relief. The Perma Focus feature means I can use them with one hand. I admit I was skeptical, but just pick them up and you're already in focus. There's no need to focus the left eye and then try and compensate the right eye piece after focusing the left, like with most binoculars. The Perma Focus feature also lets me track a moving object without losing focus. Hard to beat at $ and fast free shipping

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Greatest Binocular Hi, I was given this binocular, Bushnell 7X50 PermaFocus, a few years ago and found it excellent. My friends also found it super and couldn't believe how clear the vision was, with no focusing. they even went to the States to buy it, as for some reason it's not sold in Canada. I have just bought Four Pair to give away this Summer. Larry
