Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second pair I got a Permafocus about 20 years ago and used it in my assignment for my job. I was a detective, first in narcotics, then in homicide. These were probably the most important tool in my bag. No fumbling around, just point and look, no time to make adjustments. I recently retired and I used it for hunting and just around the house. It still worked great, till I dropped it, which knocked them out of alignment. I just purchased the 10x50 and the 12x50. One for my trailer and one for the home. After receiving the 2 new ones, I tinkered with the old one and got it working. Now the grandson has it and loves it. Hope to have these for another 20+ years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Set of Eyes' The Bushnell 10x50 is great for getting up close and personnal with deer, turkey, eagles, here in Iowa. I have 15 acers by the State Park here and sometimes a bigger cat than I expect comes down my premise looking for a meal. After eye surgeries, the Bushnell Perma Focus 10x50 come in handly. No need to adjust a twist, right now ! Can't think of a con with the Bushnell Perma Focus 10x50, cept', maybe, No Nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Birthday presents for my friends I read many reviews before purchasing my 10 x 50 permafocus binoculars. I even called Bushnell to ask for advice. I decided to order a pair and that was a great decision. Forget the strap and go for the harness. The little strap is not a valid reason to rate these binos any less than 5. The 10 X 50'S are really a 10 . If anyone finds something better out there be sure to share it share it with the world.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 10x50 Permafocus Binocular Work Well..... These binoculars work well with one exception--close focus under 100ft. If you wear glasses you will need to leave them on to get the best/clearest view. Took out to do some whale watching and they performed perfectly for all on board. Light weight, inexpensive, and good field of view.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I bought my daughter the smaller ones and I liked them so much I bought this larger one for myself. For the price I don't think you could beat it. Crystal clear with no focusing. Because of the nature of the Permafocus, viewing anything within about 200 ft. will not be in focus. But you don't normally use binoculars to look at close-up object so the Permafocus is well worth the tradeoff.
