The Bushnell 12x50 Permafocus Binocular is a full sized 12x unit with a focus-free design, so that you'll never miss the action while fumbling to focus.  It is designed only for use with distant subjects.  Just aim and your subject comes into clear view.  This 12x50 model is well-suited to sports where you are quite distant from the action, such as a boat race or an extreme skiing competition, and with its 50mm objective lenses it provides a very bright view.

Full size 12x50 porro prism binocular with a wide 5° viewing angle
Fully coated optics for superior light transmission and brightness
Unique "Focus-Free" feature ideal for stadium sports events
Non-slip rubber armor absorbs shock while providing a firm grip

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great binoculars I bought these binoculars for my wife. She wears glasses and has an eye disease. I took her outside and said look at the moon... she looked and exclaimed.. I can't believe it, I can see it clearly and it is not distorted at all! that is amazing, as she has not seen the true shape of the moon or with clarity with other binoculars in years

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for hunters This pair of Bushnell Permafocus is for my daughter who now hunts with me. I bought my first Bushnell Permafocus in 2001. They still work great. They are durable and allow hours of glassing without becoming fatigued from having to constantly focus. They allow you to see varied distances without moving the binoculars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so hot for people who wear glasses I'll keep them because they're OK for the limited use I will make of them. I thought I had read a review that said these were fine if you wear glasses. They're not. I took off my glasses and I could tell the binoculars would fit much better without glasses. Unfortunately, glasses are mandatory for me at all times.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bushnell PermaFocus is Great replacement for Jason Binocular Use mainly for hunting, Really like the premafocus for hunting for quickly identifying game. I wear glasses and only rated 4 stars because the rubber eye cups that you fold down for glasses keep popping back up.
