Canon LP1319 reviews

Lens Case LP1319 is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Canon Quality, Great Design I store all my lenses in these bags when not in use. Unfortunately they are too wide for my backpack and since the bottom is semi-rigid, they don't fit well in the small lens spaces. These cases are recommended for lenses with hoods on. In some cases I would suggest buying a size smaller if you don't use a hood. The case for my 10-22 is way too big and I use the smaller size bag. Other than that, the quality is great. Suede like material, leather semi-rigid bottom, and tough draw strings make for good protection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too big for lens w/o lens hood Nicely made and soft. It accommodates EF-S 10-22 even with the lens hood attached (in reverse position). If you don't have a lens hood or you transport the hood separately, then the bag is too wide. Semi-rigid bottom prevents folding (bending) to a smaller size to better fit EF-S 10-22. Because it cannot be bent, it's taking up too much space in my backpack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little expensive but fantastic quality I think a bag like this is a ncessity when storing multiple lenses in close proximity. I bought a few different versions of this bag for all my lenses and an upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon. While the bags do seem a bit overpriced they are made very well and look fantastic. Overall I would definitely buy this again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Case is a matter of semantics I really don't get the value of these cases. In the description they call it a pouch which is definitely more accurate. The biggest value is that you include it in your description when re-selling a lens. But DON'T LOSE IT, because if you do happen to sell a lens, you're out $$if you want to include it in the box.I can see how they can serve in very SAFE storage situations, but really they are quite pointless in the field or on the go, in my experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Goofy little pouch Given that you spend into the thousands of dollars for L lenses, you'd think that Canon could offer a bit more protection for your investment into their products. On the flip side, if they provided you with a proper case, imagine what the cost of their lenses would be then....?!So, it's a pouch with a drawstring - nothing more, nothing less - not a lens case as the product description suggests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have A lens case is a must have for each new lens I order. Canon does a great job on their cases. They are soft, and therefore do not provide the protection of a hard case, but they do help to eliminate dust and scratches. Highly recommended for all lenses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice product This lens case is attractive and nicely made. It is considerably larger than the lenses for which it is designed, because it also holds a lens hood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and convenient. I use this case (and the other ones of the same type) to give some protection for my lenses when I am storing them in my travel pack and hiking pack when I go on vacation. It keeps the bulk to a minimum but still offers a decent level of protection. It would be nice if they had a writeable area to label what lens is in which case.
