FP4 Plus from Ilford is a traditional medium-speed black and white negative film characterized by a fine grain structure with high acutance and sharpness, making it well-suited to enlarging and scanning. It has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 125/22° in standard chemistry, and its very wide exposure latitude enables exposing up to two stops under or six stops over while retaining usable results. In addition to general photographic applications, FP4 Plus is also an ideal choice for copy and internegative work, as well as scientific, technical, and industrial photography.

This item is one box of 25 sheets of 8 x 10" film.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great film I have no complaints about this film. I rate it at 64 and overexpose by 1-2 stops depending on the variation in tones/zones. Using D76 diluted 1-1, I generally develop the film for 10-11 minutes. I think this film is so soft and beautiful. I love the gray tones. Also, it scans very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ilford FP4 Plus 8x10 B&W Film I am an amateur photographer who photographs people, landscape, and architecture. The fp4 film, exposed and developed according to the manufacturer's recommendations, produces near perfect negatives. I use Ilford products--film, paper, and fixer--exclusively and have never been disappointed with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for... I'm new to large format photography and I was advised to try Ilford Delta 100. I found that it was very difficult to keep the highlight details in out harsh Florida sun. I read many suggestions and many folks recommended Ilford FP4+ with D76 developer. After shooting this a couple of sheets of this combination, it was perfect. I was able to expose for the shadow detail and develop for the highlights and get a very printable negative. I would highly recommend this film.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ILFORD FP4+ 8X10 BLACK & WHITE FILM FP4 is by far the best large format film I have ever had the experience of using. I develop in Xtol, 1+1, and it has great dynamic range. Grain is almost non-existent.
