Tram BCOH reviews

Vampire Style Lavalier Clip is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for mic-ing options Awesome for hiding mic and for presenting creative options for placement. Not five stars because 1) mic can fall off the clip fairly easily and 2) after much usage the plastic clip and the plastic mic can get worn and lose the friction hold and result in #1 as above. Don't let talent handle or they will probably impale their fingertips! And don't drop (or better yet don't let talent drop) the lav down the front of their shirt or dress while it's still mounted in this clip!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buy a spare I always keep two lavalier tie clips on-hand because if you ever have crew helping you mic people instead of you doing it yourself, they will invariably lose the tie clip sooner or later (I guess no one really takes much care of gear unless they actually own it.) That's why I always keep two on-hand. I had a recent shoot with talent in costumes so needed to hide the lav which is where the vampire clip comes in handy. Well, another crew person was doing the mic'ing so before the day was over the clip was lost. Anyway, one-is-none and two-is-one. 4 star only because the plastic lav continually being inserted into the plastic clip eventually wears the plastic down and the mic no longer is secure...hence making the clip easier to lose.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Clip You've Been Looking For This is a simple vampire clip for a tram mic. Easily clips on to bottom of mic and simple to use. You can vampire it to tape and tape it to the inside of a shirt to avoid rustle or simply clip prongs into shirt for a quick and easy way to keep your mic in place. Watch out for the spikes, they can poke the wearer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Clip. Easy to use We do a ton of corporate interviews and it's be such an easy clip to use. We can hide it in a shirt collar, in hair, etc. It's a great alternative to the typical tie bar clip.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality, Don't Buy Anything Else. It's important to keep your TRAM kit complete, I've lost and purchased several vampire clips over the years...these are best quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy clip! Very effective little clip - and is relatively invisible in place. Only reason for 4 stars is that it's too easy to lose!
