This is a Lowel TO GO 97 Kit, with three lights. Compact, rugged and versatile, the broad-throw Tota-light can be used with its umbrella or gel frame and diffusion as a soft key light, fill light, or backlight. With its adjustable reflectors, it can be a smooth and even background light, or point it at the ceiling to raise the ambient (base) light level of a room. Tota-lights are also widely used for photographic copy work.

The wide focusing range of the Omni-light makes it a flexible key light or backlight. Add diffusion or an umbrella, and it's a soft fill source. Available with a host of accessories and built for heavy-duty long life, the popular Omni-light is the perfect companion to the Tota-light.

When fitted with an EMD 750W bulb, each Tota-light will emit a beam of 41 footcandles, with the barndoors at normal position, and 34 footcandles with the barndoors at 180° position, from a distance of 10 ft (3 m).

When fitted with an FTK 500W bulb the Omni-light will emit a beam of 75 footcandles at full flood, and 475 footcandles at full spot, from a distance of 10' (3 m).

This kit is equipped for use with 120 AC voltage. It can also function with 220-240 and 12-30 DC voltage, with the appropriate bulbs, adapter plugs or cables, and power supplies (available separately).

Use the included barndoors to change the shape of the light
Use the included gels and umbrella to alter the color and quality of the lights
The hard travel case holds everything safely, including the light stands, for storage and transport

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice quality but very basic I use this product for commercial video work and independent films. Was looking for a very low budget lighting solution, but should have upped my budget a bit more. The Pros: The quality of the product is very good, and very portable. Good for upping overall ambient light and for green screen because of soft even lighting. The Cons: Hard to control the the light spill with out the need for additional flags and stands. Torta lights throw a lot of ambient light do to the fact that they are not in-cased. Had I done more research I would have realized I wanted more of a focused and narrow light source. Had I to do it again, would have gone with a more focused and controllable light kit. Maybe even Fresnel's. For me it would have been with the extra investment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Smokin' Hot Let me just say that I am no expert with lighting setups, but I'm fairly sure that this should not happen with any true light kit. This set was fairly easy to get setup and put together, although there were no instructions included so I basically had to piece it together and figure out what goes where. Once I got the set put together and setup, I plugged them in and turned them on to try'em out! Two of the lights (the wide ones) started smoking! As it turns out, the protective grate is too close to the bulb in the design of the lamp. Even now, when I turn them on, if I leave them on for any extended period of time, they start to burn. You can smell the burning from down the hall of our new studio. So now both grates have large burn spots right on the metal. I confirmed with the company ... that these lights just do that and there isn't anything to worry about. We'll see...As far as lighting goes, these lights provide some very nice lighting. The included gels and umbrella are very useful and easy to integrate into my lighting system.God Bless,-DanGenNext Media LLC

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TO GO 97 Light Kit is the way to go! This is a great kit! If you're looking for standard 3 point lighting or something more demanding this is the kit for you. The kit comes with all the accesories you need. It's small and compact so it's easy to carry. So far I've used it to light up our green screen, light up a big room with presenters and a small room with a speaker. Overall I give this product 5 stars!!
