Renaissance 5.1 is a sound effect library created for 5.1 production. A perfect complement to the original Renaissance library, it offers the best original recordings from the original collection, digitally re-mastered in 24-bit/48kHz 5.1 surround sound.
The library uses Digidesign Pro Tools 5.1 name extensions, enabling the Pro Tools 5.1 user to load a 5.1 track as a single audio file. Re-mastering was accomplished through use of Renaissance Sound Technology's proprietary psycho-acoustic software applications. All files have been AIFF mastered for full PC compatibility as well.
