Dichroic Filter for Swing-In Accessory Holder iP-30 is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filter too blue I was really hoping this would be a very simple way to convert my Lowel Pro lights to daylight so I could use them with Litepanels. The Lowel Pro lights are incredibly convenient, and are a beautiful tungsten color without gels. Unfortunately, this filter casts a very pronounced blue/cyan color that is nothing at all like the roughly 5600K I was hoping for, so I will have to return this. The filter holder is truly convenient, though, and I hope they find a way to correct these, because it is so much easier than dealing with gels for daylight conversion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Idea - Did not Work This would save me from gelling my Pro-light, and I really wanted it to work. The problem was that the light was not even close to 5500K when I used it with a tungsten lamp. I must say it was beautifully made. I tried it on two Pro-lights just to make certain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dichroic filter This filter is used with the Prolight. You need the holder but it works well if you're using the light in mixed daylight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Definite Green Shift It does yield slightly better color reproduction & saturation compared to the unfiltered I-light after manually white balancing for each. Bad part is, it is no where near daylight-balanced because it has a very noticeable green shift that makes it impossible to mix with daylight. When manually white-balancing the camera with and without the dichroic filter, daylight is either purple or blue, respectively. Not worth the full stop of light it takes or the price paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for simplifying my life. These almost have a permanent place on my Lowel Pro-light. I shoot mixed lighting environments all the time and as a hairlight to compliment my Kinoflo, these filters are great as a quick solution. The light from this filter tends to look a little on the green side, but it looks natural in my camera.
