    Ewa-Marine D-CP2 Reviews

D-CP2 Underwater Housing is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never made it to the water I purchased this housing for a Sony DCS-P200. I could tell just by a dry fit that this housing was not going to be satisfactory. The deal breakers for me were the depth of the lens port; there was always shadow in the field of vision unless you zoom past it, and then you still had to center it up correctly. There was too much play inside the bag/housing. Even for amateur snorkeling photography you need to be able to respond fairly quickly and this housing would not allow that. I stepped up to the Ikelite 6112.20; I haven't used it underwater yet (I will review it once I have, check that items reviews in a couple weeks) but I love it so far. Expertise: Experienced Amateur Problems Encountered: Never used it underwater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Alternative This waterproof case is dirt-simple, rugged, and relatively inexpensive. Our old Sony is a bit dated, but still a pretty good camera. Now that we have a new Nikon, I'll risk the old Sony for snorkeling duty in Central America this spring.
