Nice product, but huge size

Looks good and I like the idea of having a built-in filter pouch. But it's way too big in diameter and length for m4/3 lenses. I returned it.

very well padded and lot of place for an canon 75-250mm. cons, could only close entirely not only with the string....

One size fits all (for me at least)

I purchased 2 of these for the occasional assignments where I'd rather use my regular backpack than a dedicated camera bag (which screams Steal Me!). The medium size is perfect for my Canon 100mm f2.8 macro (non-L), Canon 70-300mm IS (non-L), Canon 17-55mm f2.8, and Canon 10-22mm. All of these lens will fit with the hood in the reversed position. The Canon 10-22mm might fit better in the small size pouch but for my collection of lenses, it made better sense to get a pouch that would fit them all. BTW, the 10-22mm WILL fit this pouch even with its obnoxiously wide lens hood attached. At a third of the price of a dedicated Canon pouch, it's hard to go wrong with this one!

I use this OP/TECH lens pouch with my Olympus 50-200 f/2.8 lens with the tripod collar off. If I'm shooting the lens with the tripod collar on, I use the case supplied by Olympus. The Op/Tech is less bulky and carries two 67mm filters.

I use this pouch to keep my Nikkor 12-24mm lens safe in my backpack.

I bought this for my 24-120mm f4 lens and the polarizer I use with it. It gets the job done and affords great protection for my lens and filters.

The weave on this bag is nice, and the manufacturer made sure to put all the finishing touches... but, the foam (if you can call it that) isn't dense at all, and that concerns me. Unfortunately, this is the only case that will fit my lens, so I'm stuck with it. The foam is similar to the type of soft cover that is placed over speakers so you can't see the speaker cones, so if you know what I'm talking about, you can understand why if you bump into something with the case, there's virtually nothing protecting the lens. It's a pouch, but that's it.

question

Will this hold the Nikon 70-300mm af-s, vr with the lens caps in place and the lens hood reversed?
