Nikon 7507 overview

  • 1Description

Nikon's 10x25 Premier LX L Binocular is designed for mid-range observations, with optical features that live up to the name. The Premier is outfitted with phase-corrected roof prisms, anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics, and a field-flattener eyepiece lens system that are designed to work together and transmit clear images with enhanced contrast and accurate color representation across the spacious field of view—without the edge distortion that is common on compact optics such as this.

Nikon built the Premiers with their ecologically friendly Eco-Glass, which is manufactured without lead or arsenic to be better for the environment. The aluminum chassis helps to keep the weight down without sacrificing strength, while the optical tubes are nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging. Faux leather palm pads add an element of style to the binocular, while improving grip strength and adding slip resistance. Designed with a compact and lightweight form factor for maximum portability, this version of the Premier is ideal for sporting events, general nature observation, and sightseeing around town or around the world.

Optical Performance
  • Powerful 10x magnification allows for detailed observations of distant objects
  • 25mm objectives ensure the optical tubes are thin to maintain a slim form factor
  • Compact roof prism light path keeps the optical tubes thin for easy handling
  • Phase-corrected prism coatings reduce internal interference to improve light transmission, contrast, and resolution
  • Anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics maximize light transmission while improving color rendition, contrast, and clarity
  • Field-flattener lens system corrects lens-edge distortion for clearer views at the edge of the field of view
  • 283-foot field of view at 1000 yards
Use and Handling
  • Closed-bridge configuration offers a stable platform for the internal focusing mechanism
  • Slip-resistant low-profile center focusing wheel
  • Right-eye dioptric correction dial helps to compensate for individual optical prescription
  • 56-72mm interpupillary distance range
  • Twist-up rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewear
  • 15mm eye relief helps to reduce eyestrain and improves viewing comfort
  • 2.5mm exit pupil

Nikon 7507 reviews

10x25 Premier LX L Binocular is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for hunting I bought these to replace a large pair of binos that I was lugging around while hunting. I walk many miles in a day, and am gone from dawn to dusk, so lighter and smaller is better. I tried many pairs, and these stood head and shoulders above all other glasses for their brightness and sharpness of image. Color rendition is perfect. No edge distortion. You can use the entire field edge to edge. They are surprisingly useful in very low light conditions. I didn't expect them to compete with a nice 40mm lens, but I also didn't expect them to be so close to it! I can clearly count tines on a buck in low light even when he is on the other side of tree branches. Nice! These glasses are expensive, but you won't regret the purchase. I would buy them again if I lost them. Keep your receipt - Nikon guarantees these for 25 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best option in their class. I have big binoculars but never use them, as I never take them anywhere, as they are big. I wanted some binoculars that would fit in my pocket, for bushwalking, travelling, and taking to concerts etc. They are very light weight so I never hesitate to take them, and feel very strong, I'm confident they will last. These were the best quality image I could find in a binocular this small. I wanted 10x to get that bit closer to the details. The image is superb, colors are accurate, images are bright at night time, letting me see things I can't with the naked eye, and there is no visible aberation at all. The extending eye cups are a great feature too, reducing the size when not in use, and they fold up small enough to go in a jeans pocket. I did buy a tight neoprene digicam case for them though as the one they come with is too bulky for a pocket. I didn't install the strap, I find they always just get in the way. There were no unexpected downsides. They do need to be held still so you don't get fatigued over longer sessions but I expected that from a 10X light weight bino. The build quality is top shelf. They get more use than expected and I would buy another par if I lost these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Value This pair of 10x25 Nikon Premier are every bit as bright and clear as my Leica Ultavid 10x25. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight power I use these to observe Florida's flora and fauna. The light weight and compact size makes them easy to carry and use. They are powerful and have the crystal clarity you expect from Nikon. A little cumbersome to adjust but this also allows for a very precise and comfortable fit. I highly recommend.
