AT Anti Twist Bar is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Only Alternative Highly priced item that doesn't serve its purpose as much as it acclaims. Needs to be slightly higher to firmly grasp the contour of the professional camera body like Nikon D3. Also, due to cork setting on the grip, it gets even worse. Instead of round screw holes, they should be elongaged the screw holes so that the height of the plate can be adjusted to fit different camera body types. All in all, not a true waste of money, but could have been designed better with some innovative thinking especially they are asking that much of money for just a simple plastic piece with two screws.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No more twist and shout! I bought this for the Custom Bracket CB Series S-bracket. What I like is the great machined quality of the plate. When mounting the plate, hold the plate flush against the bracket. My first attempt to mount it, I started both screws and just left the anti twist bar hanging. The screws were difficult to turn so I stopped. I realized it was just great machining work on the part. I pulled the screws out and started again. This time I held the twist bar flush against the bracket, and screwed in the screws. Easy. No problem. If your camera has an screen that opens and closes, be sure to open your screen before mounting the camera. Remember, the anti-twist bar will block the screen from opening or closing. Hope that makes sense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice addition to your QB Bracket It's the small things that make the difference. The anti-twist plate keeps your camera facing forward and properly aligned with your flash. A little pricey, but QB products are well made and worth the extra cost. One less thing to worry about.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should be STANDARD! To make a long story short, get it for your Custom Bracket if it is an accessory. It is irritating when a camera twists on the bracket...not to mention the probability of losing photos because the flash is not aligned with the camera.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Necessity But Not Well Designed To allow to bar to use for different cameras, the bar should be designed to be more flexible in the attached position and there should be more holes on the bracket to allow more choices of positioning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much needed I would have given 5 stars , but I felt it was very pricy for something I could have probably made or should have been included with the bracket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for certain situations... When I first mounted this on the CB bracket and my MB-D10 grip, it quickly became apparent that this anti-twist bar wasn't necessary or all that effective because the bottom of the MB-D10 is rounded and rubberized. There simply isn't a flat surface to push this bar up against. Furthermore, the bottom of the MB-D10 gripped very well with the CB bracket so it seemed fine without the anti-twist bar.But when I fastened the CB bracket to another body with a RRS L-Plate installed this anti-twist bar was necessary and aligned perfectly to the straight line of the plate. As a side note... I was impressed that I could grip the camera vertically with L-Plate and CB bracket installed and still reach the vertical shutter buttons and dials comfortably. It's worth the money for certain situations... so if you're going to buy the CB bracket, you should buy this as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Need something like this Yes, this works as described. You should have something like this for your bracket to prevent twisting. However I felt really taken advantage of when the product arrived. It's a small strip of 5/32 inch plastic that's 2-1/8 inch long, 1/2 inch high, with two screws. Had I known that, I would have made my own for a fraction of the cost.
