what base top mount should be used for a savage arms mark ii .22 bolt action rifle?

I would use the Vortex 1-Inch Riflescope Rings (High). You gun should be pre tapped for a scope. If not you can use 2 of the Weaver Top Mount Base #24 pictured below at B&H. This way you will clear the bolt.
