No, the Belden RG59 Digital Video Coax Cable (1,000', Black) is only rated for 6G SDI signals 4K 30p. Please consider the 12G cable below for 4K 60p signals. Belden 12G-SDI 4K UHD Precision 75 Ohms Video Cable (1000', Black) BH #BE4505R0101

This is solid core cable so not meant for repeated bends. It will work, but not as well suited to road work a stranded cable.
