this fits CANON EF mount. If whatever you said fits the ef mount then yes. It has to be at minimum75mm-100mm lens to work, otherwiswe too shallow for converter to fit. I think if your fits the ef mount you will be ok. I use it with Tamron 150-600mm and Sigma 100-400 1.5-6.3 DC

will this work with the Sigma 18-35 1.8 art or the 50-100 1.8 art?
Asked by: Justin
Technically it should. However, when it comes to teleconverters it's almost always best to match items of a same brand. I would try to get a Sigma teleconverter made for your Sigma lens. By the way, I have one of those Sigma 18-35's and they are amazing.

Will the Canon 80D and 70-200 f/4L iS II USM work with this extender?
Asked by: Matt
I have used it with a couple of different Canon cameras (7D Mark II, 6D, EOS-R with converter) and with the 70-200 2.8. It works great in all of these situations.

question

hi everybody, i use 7D + Tamaron 150-600mm (f 5-6.3), if i add Sigma 1.4x, does Auto focus work or not?
Asked by: Anonymous
no! I have that lens and with the teleconverter I could NOT get it to focus. I checked, and not recommended by Tamron or Sigma for that combo. I had to send back. However, recently got a sigma 100-400lens and going to purchase again and try with same brand as lens, however, most super teleph. lenses need to focus manually w/ any teleconverter. We'll see w. the same brand combo which is most highly recommended due to the communication with the lens to the camera. I hope this helps. I am however going to try this one again. update my review after trying with this lens.

Will this fit the Sigma 600mm reflex?
Asked by: Jacob
what I understand about the Sigma APO Teleconverter 1.4x EX DG for cannon is this, I have used it on both of my sigma lenses, 150mm-500mm & the 300mm-800mm, with cannon 7D MK2 & 5DMK4, it works great as far as the increased magnification goes. However, auto focus is disabled because both lenses aperture starts at f5.6.

I have a sigma 100-300-f/4 ex dg lens on a canon 7d , when I try to use a Tamron 1.4 tc I just get error. My question is would this sigma tc provide af without error?
Asked by: Tom
I do not know, I only use it with the Sigma 150 mm macro lens. It does not autofocus with that lens. I believe on the Sigma website they tell you which lenses it will autofocus with.

question

I have the Canon 5Dm4 and Canon 70-200mm f/2.8. I understand that I lose 1 f-stop but otherwise, will I lose auto focus or any other features (or quickness?)?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes you loose auto focus at extreme zoom. Otherwise the auto zoom works
