Sturdy!

I bought this to mount my AT2020USB+ mic. It is sturdy. I'm not afraid of it falling and it easily can support a heavier microphone. Great for desk use.

I just need it to place a mic in front of an amp, and this is just a right thing.

It works fine. Face it, it's a pretty simple piece of gear, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Desk stand works wonderfully well. On-Stage name is boldly emblazened on the side.

Stable and compact

I record open mics and the one certain thing is that before it's all over there will be different amps to mic and a mess of cables all over the floor. This stand is great for quick height adjustments but still keeps out of the way, e..g, so it's not kicked out of position when everything is set up in tight quarters.

Solid little stand

This is a solid stand. Fairly heavy, perfect for the desktop. Not fancy, just does it's job. A good value.

Exactly as expected

Works exactly as expected, decent weight and perfect height for a table top Mic stand. Branding sticker is easily removed, too, for a clean look. Using them for a video podcast set up.

question

Will this be sturdy and strong enough to support holding an iPad on a table?
Asked by: ToniAnn N.
The stand is sturdy (heavy); and holds my very precious (and heavy) microphones with ease. So, assuming you have a *table* that can be mounted - meaning, with a threaded attachment, so it can be screwed on to this base (I assume you're thinking of something like the top part of a music stand), it would be sturdy enough to hold an iPad, for sure. The question I would think is more important is how heavy is your *table*, as the iPad weighs nothing in the grand scheme of things, a lot less than my microphone. But if your *table* weighs more than the base, it could get top-heavy.
