The MA100 from Onstage is a 3/8" male to 5/8" female screw adapter. This adapter allows you to attach items that utilize a 3/8" female thread onto Microphone stands with a 5/8" male thread.

I bought some of these a couple years ago. I use them to mount Roland Cube 30 monitors the top of microphone tripods. I assume 11 in your question meant tpi. I think these are 17 tpi but can't remember.
