The TOA A-912MK2 is a modular unit that requires the purchase of individual input modules for mic connectivity. The M-01F features a female XLR mic input that does supply up to 22VDC phantom power.

I purchased this amplifier a few months ago and it does have a 70V. output. It's the next terminal above the 25V. terminal. You can also see it on the picture of the rear of the amp. If you still don't see it then the manufacturer may have changed something. Hope this helps, John.

If you've maxed out the volume knob on the input and master output, there are few things you can look at. Consider what the speaker taps are set to, also speaker sensitivity has a direct impact on how loud the speaker will sound. Take a look at the source. Is it mic or line? All of these things affect the level. If you've addressed these concerns, and your system isn't loud enough, chances are you may need more power; either on the speaker side, or the amp side.

Verify device output (of Device you are trying to connect to mixer) on another device. try connecting your output device to a different input on the mixer. verify connection order of wires on input of mixer. try connecting devices with differing signal strength to your mixer. try switching out your mixers input modules incase of faulty input module. though I have devices connected to my mixer at all time, the signal light is not always lit up. try adjusting your volume, speakers and frequency cuts while connected to speakers to check for any audible output from mixer.
