    Pelican 1750 reviews

1750 Long Case with Foam (Desert Tan) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 60.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Buy From electronics to weapons, Pelican cases seem to be the standard from which others are judged. If you're looking at the 1750 as a gun case, don't waste time or money with the thin-walled stuff. For weapons and anything else, if it's worth buying a case for it, it's worth buying a Pelican. 1. Rugged- these cases can handle abuse. 2. Secure- unless you're protecting uber-fragile glass (and even then) these cases will protect your gear. The lock holes are an added benefit, though I've not used these for commercial air travel. You may want to use TSA approved locks. 3. Mobile- while the case is a bit heavy when loaded, the wheels are useful and the handles comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this case does not mess around The first time I took this case out in the field I literally dragged it through the snow, slid it down an icy hill, & used it as a stable firing platform for my rifle, & the whole time the gear inside stayed completely dry & completely safe. This case has since refused to give in & continues to stand up to any & all abuse I put it through. I also love that all you have to do to change up what goes into it is carve out another piece of foam in the desired shape. This allows one case to be used for a ton of different gear set-ups simply by switching out the foam inserts whenever it is needed. There is nothing that I do not like about this case so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I purchased this item for one of my nicer rifles and have not been disappointed. I took it across country and have not seen any issues with my gun. I am also issued one of these cases for my sniper rifle in the military, and have seen them thoroughly abused with no damage to the scope or rifle inside. Never lost my zero. A must have if you do any sort of traveling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's big! I'm using this product to store/carry pistols. I have 3 Glocks, 12 mags, a .22 conversion kit and several other items i.e.: holsters, Glock knife, and it holds everything fine. This was my mistake, but, the foam in the 1700 series cases is not the pluck & peel that is in the others... You get a more precise fit, but it's much more time consuming to do so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rock solid protection. Best price on the net. It's a Pelican case. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, protect your stuff. I carry 2 rifles in the soft cases, ditched the foam. Plenty of room left for range finder, ammo, binos, ect. all in soft cases. Packed full, nothing moves around and your kit is secure. Gets a bit heavy but with the wheels it's easy to roll. Best price on the 'net was here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case comes with quality high density foam! I looked online for this case. Only B&H offered this case with the high quality foam for the best price. Most other sellers where selling this case with the softer foam. Very Pleased to get this case with the dense high quality foam. Case is as described by B&H online, and by manufacturer. There is no guessing when you buy a Pelican case. They are the benchmark to which others are measured by. Very pleased. Have been buying my photo gear for the past 15 years form B&H. There is a reason they are number 1 in the world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly Strong and Reliable Case Pelican makes some of the best cases around. This case holds two guns (one shotgun and one scoped rifle). The case is watertight and has a pressure relief valve which is great for flight use. You cannot go wrong with this or any other Pelican case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ONE and DONE I have been a fan of Pelican products for many years. although the weight is a little more than other cases and the price is just a bit higher, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. these pelican cases last a lifetime and can withstand the worst of it. (from Hostile airport bag handlers, to bouncing out of a roof rack and down the side of a mountain into a creek bed) also when padlocked they double as bear safe do yourself a favor, buy a pelican case and end your worries.
