    Giottos AA1252 reviews

AA1252 Padded Tripod Case is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strudy Bag | Quality Material I use it to carry a Manfrotto MT190XPRO3 Aluminum Tripod paired with a Manfrotto 054 Magnesium Ball Head. The fit is perfect. Compared to other bags I've owned in the past - not just tripod bags - this one is made up of high quality material. Very surprising given the price. The zipper is smooth and heavy duty. I don't have any worries at all about it failing or jamming even deep into the future. The bag itself is made of tough nylon. The sides are slightly padded. I feel absolutely confident that my tripod is protected against everyday, garden variety abuse - like literally throwing it in my trunk or, if I'm in a hurry, letting it drop onto concrete from a vertical straight-arm hanging position.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spec = 28 The inside pocket is great for carrying the shoulder strap when not in use, though you'll want to wrap tape around the zipper so it doesn't scratch up your tripod. The bag is sufficiently padded for carrying around and putting in your trunk, but not for airline handling - you'd definitely want to wrap some sweaters around your tripod and put a neoprene bag over the head. Specs are 28, but I easily slipped my 30 setup into this bag - Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 with Acratech GV2 ballhead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works. It fits my Giottos tripod, with room for a ball head mounted. There is a handy strap included in the little inside zipped pocket. I didn't get a bag with my tripod because it was an off-brand * make, but actually a Giottos with a different name, and it came in a Giottos carton. So probably a little side project from the * company making Giottos. This bag wasn't expensive, but the postage from USA to NZ was, at twice the price of the bag. But I couldn't find one anywhere else in the world. So whatever I saved by buying off brand I had to pay to buy the bag, without which you can't transport a tripod anywhere, rendering it useless. Sometimes you can't win.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Padded Tripod Case Great Padded Tripod Case for my Manfrotto 190B with Ball Head. Zippers look like they will hold up. Padding looks like should be just enough to protect the tripod. Shoulder strap should hold up even with a heavy aluminum tripod and head. Picked this case over the one from Manfrotto, But not as heavy duty as my Gitzo Padded Tripod Bag which costs 2x.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent quality at a good price I use this for a Manfrotto 190xprob with compact ballhead attached. Fits easily with a bit of extra room length-wise. The padding/price ratio is exactly what I was looking for, ie better than just a bag, but not quite enough that I would trust it as a checked airline bag, for instance. But for storage and transport it is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snug fit for Manfrotto --Love it! I became tired of lugging my Manfrotto 3001PRO from shoot to shoot. I never had a bag for it which was a mistake because many times I wanted to have my tripod w/me but it was just a hassle to carry it.I finally decided to rectify that challenge and began searching on B&H for a bag that would work. I measured my tripod and ball head and found this bag from Giottos would likely work. And it does. The tripod and head fit nicely and now I don't mind carrying the tripod w/me. So happy with this bag and I highly recommend a carrying case if you have a tripod.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific camera bag I needed a case to protect my tripod with an attached ball head, which has an overall length of 27 inches. This case is all I had hoped for, it is very durable, and easy to carry with a hand a shoulder strap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strong sturdy construction High quality exterior material with padding. Sturdy zipper and carrying straps. Interior has 30 inches space... 2 inches more than the spec.
