Is this filter compatible with the Interfit F5 lighting kit?

Its not a perfect fit, my solution to this is tape. Just tape the edges down and it will stay on lights.

Can these be used with the Wescott Ulite 500W tungsten bulbs?

I don't use Wescott lights, I use Elinchrom BXRI 500ws lights. They produce a fair amount of heat. So, to use the Bastard Amber filter and others, I created a frame out of mat board for the filter. I tried hanging the frame about 3 inches in front of the bulb and it warped the filter material, but still works. The next time, I will support the frame on a light stand with a Justin Clamp. That will allow me to add more space between the bulb and the filter.
