question

can i put multiple sheets in front of a lens (between 1 and 6) and make a variable nd filter out of it or has it got a light diffusion property will it blurr my photo if i put too many layer in front of mt lens ? thank you.

These are not optical quality filters. A better way would be to buy glass nd filters or two polarizers and as you rotate them against each other they will vary the resultant density viewed through them. To be clear the minimum density sill be quite a bit three or four stops at a minimum.
