question

Can this be used with a Rode ProCaster? With my existing boom or should I invest in a separate mic stand?
Asked by: Anonymous
The sE Electronics Reflexion Filter PRO is a rather heavy product. We recommend the use of a heavy duty stand such as the Auray RFMS-580 for stability.

question

question

Thanks to all for the reviews. Several owners mention the weight of the unit and how it needs to be paired with a heavy/sturdy tripod to keep from toppling. Any reco's on a specific tripod that would work? B&H links the Auray RFMS-580 tripod with this filter. Anybody happen to be using that stand? Sturdy enough? Does it work? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

John if it is not too late, I would recommend a c-stand, like the ones impact make, very solid, especially with a sandbag for good measure.
