Digital Camera/Camcorder Screen Protector Kit is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 72.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor product, there has to be something better Initially I thought this screen protector kit would be justabout the same as any other plastic, flexible LCD protectorkit, but it is a bad kit, and there has to be a better product.I will probably buy a glass protector, even though it's morethan 3 times the price. Problems Encountered: The first problem is the Wet and Dry Cleaning wipes. Do notuse them! On my brand new Digital SLR, there were a few dustparticles I wanted to remove before applying the protector,so I used the included wipes and followed the minimalinstructions. The Wet wipe actually scratched my LCD! Iimmediately threw the wipes away. The plastic protectorseemed okay though, and I applied it with the includedsqueegee, but now five days later, it's already coming off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, at a very reasonable price I am using these on my Canon 60D. I have only applied one so far. It was a bit difficult to trim the protective film to proper fit for my screen and get all bubbles out from under the film without scratching the film up right away. I plan to try using my paper/photo cutter next time, and I hope practice will help with the bubble issue. In general, I think these protectors are pretty nice. Although these are thin enough to allow proper operation of the 60D's flip screen, I bought them with the idea of keeping my flip screen open while my camera is in my backpack, for quicker operation. So far, so good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your $$$ (Canon G12) You would expect that an accessory recommended by B&H for the excellent Canon G12 would be just as excellent -- and you would be WRONG. This is the same cheap, one size fits all (after you cut it down yourself) clear plastic sheet that has plagued hand electronics users since the Palm Pilot. The back of the sheet does have cutting guides for many popular screen sizes but NONE for the G12 screen. MY RECOMMENDATION: skip this item and just treat your screen like you would a lens. The G12 has no screen-sensitive functions so you have no more need to put your finger on the screen than you do to put your finger on lens glass. When it does get dirty, clean it like you would a lens.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A town Photog Perfectionists beware! This product has good intentions, itjust didn't follow through. Unfortunately, the plasticmaterial these overlays are made of is a light weight, crunchy, crinkly plastic that won't stay put when placingyour camera in it's case. I thought the plastic would be amore pliable, static decal-type material (or like the littlesticker you peel off a brand new pair of sunglasses), butinstead it's more like an awkward and flimsy clear sticker, and once it's pulled off, it's off. Especially if you have afuzzy interior lining in your camera case that leaves a lintimprint. I recommend finding an alternative material toprotect your screen like a sheet of clear static decalmaterial. Let me know when you find out where to buy it! Expertise: Expert Problems Encountered: Screen overlays wouldn't stay put, especially when I to putmy camera in it's case. Squeegee is useless and actuallyscratches the overlay. No, I'm not bitter about it, justwish it was a more quality product. Previous Equivalent Item Owned: Clear static screen protector taken from cell phone screen

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glad I bought it. Just yesterday I was shooting cherry blossoms with my new Nikon D7100 and the time came to pack up and move to another spot. As I was getting everything together the LCD screen on the camera came in moderate contact with my tripod head. I paniced. There was a divot and scatch on the Screen Portector. Peeling the protector back off the LCD I was elated to see that there was only a tiny scratch to the LCD. It could have been so much worst. These protectors aren't permanently attached since they stick on and have to be replaced periodically. Since the D7100 doesn't have a LCD protector accessory, this protector saved my day. They are not a hard plastic cover but do provide some protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SWEET - It worked the first day The first thing I did when I removed the new camera from the box was to install the polymer screen protector just as the instructions suggested. Within the first few hours it had it's first challenge from falling keys from a ladder. A few days later I went to the beach to try out the camera and the screen protector did it's job again when the seagulls flew over me and dropped a digested load down the back of the camera and me. The polymer screen protector was easy to install and did it's job and survived with no damage. The only negative I found is that you must use a very sharp instrument to cut it. Otherwise your cut might not be straight and potentially damage the sticky on it. Steve

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So far, I hold out final judgement. I thought this would protect the LCD screen on my new Canon Powershot SD 1400 and it won't stay stuck and now has a bend in one corner I gather is from putting it in the case. Luckily the package includes several protectors...hmmm, might have found out why! I will put another one on and see what happens. Another not so good thing is they included 1 sealed package of wet and 1 sealed package of dry cleaner for an entire pack of protectors. The dry one should be ok for quite a while, I don't think the wet one will last long. The concept is great and the process to apply is easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Screen protector kit not what I was expecting First let me say I have had a Canon Power Shot SD780 for about 4 years with a screen protector applied to the back of the camera. Never once has it come off, or showed any bubbles under it since it was installed when I bought that camera. This cut to fit kit doesn't work for me, I've followed the direction several times regarding cleaning the camera, cutting it to size then applying the protector film. Can't seem to get the air bubbles out even when using a credit card edge instead of the stiff paper tool provided. The film tends to peel off when taking it out of the carrying case.
