The Leica Handgrip M8 replaces the standard base plate and attaches to the base of the camera. It adds a convenient handgrip to the right side of the M8 camera.
It is especially ergonomic when using the high-speed lenses of the M system. It is more comfortable to hold, and makes it easier for the photographer to hold the camera still even for long shooting sessions.
