Yes. I have been using this for the iPowerUS Li-Polymer Rechargeable 9V-700mAh batteries for a couple years with no problems.

question

Since Im reading that the quality of the charger is not great. Is there another alternative to charge iPower Li-On 9v 700 mAh batteries?
Asked by: Rayell A.
I've only had my 9v Li-On batteries a couple weeks I did the initial charge and then a 2nd time after using the batteries. The charger worked properly and the charging time was short. I'm very deliberate in connecting and dis-connecting the batteries from the charger because of the snap on contacts of the batteries. If you research the batteries it's very important to have the charger for the specific Li-ON battery you have that's why I say stay with the one made by the company that sells the batteries.

question

Do you snap the batteries onto the terminals or just lightly place them loosely? Second question: I just charged two batteries, the light turned green in 10 minutes. I took them off, and immediately put them back on, and the light was red again. After 5 minutes the lights turned green. Why does it show red if already full when I first insert the batteries?
Asked by: Andrea C.
Once the charger is connected to AC, there are no lights after a moment. The batteries are pushed downward into position until they stop. Make sure the polarity is correct. They generally do not snap, but tighten in, and then the red light comes on. When the light turns green it is charged. This is a stellar product with excellent top quality battery life.

question

Does the charger come with the universal worldwide AC adaptor and car charging cord?
Asked by: Matt
Yes, it says on it, 120/240 AC. You will need the proper plug adapter for the country you are in outside USA.
