question

Can I use Mefoto ballhead on this tripod?
Asked by: Anonymous
I've checked mine and it appears if your Mefoto head has a 1/4 socket, it will work. However, if it has a 5/16 socket, it will still work but you'll need an adapter.

question

Does it fit the Samsung nx30?
Asked by: Anonymous
I use the Grip Tight Mount with my two IPhone 6S's. The phone is secure, no movement, and it makes the Gorillapod a complete device for video.

question

Will it support a Canon t6s? With a lens?
Asked by: Aidan S.
Hi,This is as sturdy as it gets, I think it would hold anything. I personally got it because I thought that my video card was so heavy that it would not hold its on weight and I thought I would give it a bit of support. This thing would bend in any which way I wanted it, and then it would hold the weight. Interestingly it turned out, that if the card was not hanging loose then the contact would not be good so I took it out, but I think it is a great piece. I have a canon 2D and a 300 zoom guessing that weight I would say that it certainly would hold it in some positions. I see no reason why you would want to stretch the legs so wide that it may collapse.

question

If I wanted to use this for a GoPro hero 4 would I have to buy an additional piece to screw it on?
Asked by: Anonymous
I find the Joby Ball Head for Gorillapod SLR-Zoom perfect for this application. It has a quick release, bubble level and swivels easily to adjust once your pod is in place.

question

Do you need to buy a ballhead in addition to this or can the camera screw directly on to this mini-tripod?
Asked by: Brandon G.
I have a Canon Rebel T3i and it can screw right on the tripod. I believe that it comes with two different sizes, but not 100% sure about that. Works wonderfully!
