I have a NT5 MP (matched pair) of microphones. Unfortunately, one of the mics was dropped hard on a concrete floor which caused it to lose some frequency response below about 2000 Hz and down into the bass frequencies compared to my undamaged mic. I bought this to replace my damaged capsule and after testing it, it matches well with my other mic within 2 db across most of the 20Hz to 20Khz range, so now once again I can record shows and my recording levels are very closely matched on both channels and in listening both channels sound identical. I used an old Alan Parsons/Stephen Court audio test CD to do the testing across the spectrum.
