The Tasco World Class 20-60x80 80mm Spotting Scope Kit is a high-power spotting scope that features a large 80mm diameter objective lens that efficiently gathers light for better viewing during low light. Waterproof and fogproof, it is ideal for hunting, birding, or even casual stargazing.

Straight scopes are generally lighter and brighter by a very small margin, and they're quite easy to use when initially locating your subject. This scope has fully coated optics, BK7 prisms, convenient focusing and zoom adjustments and a tabletop tripod.

World Class 3.1"/80mm Spotting Scope Kit is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for I needed a spotting scope to view shot placements while sighting my rifle. I did not have a lot of money to spend but I still needed a scope that was functional. This is a good scope considering the price. The one inch squares on my targets are clearly visible at one hundred yards. I have not had the opportunity to use it at the 300 yard range. You will need to purchase a higher quality tripod. The one that comes with the scope is of poor quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great scope for the money I bought this for my son and he loves it. He uses it for both sighting in and as a low power telescope. Great for bird & nature viewing and looking at the moon and such. It is not the scope my elite is, but at 1/4 the price, it is well worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value but get a decent tripod For the money this is appears to be a great scope. I haven't gotten it to the range yet but just from looking at birds from the back porch the image is crisp and clear all the way to max zoom, even in low light. The tripod leaves something to be desired though. The head barely holds the scope up, if it's bumped it flops forward. I'm afraid if I try to tighten it more it'll snap or strip the threads. Go ahead and add a decent tripod to your order.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great view at 100 yards! I gave this scope a 4 star review because the eye relief is a little short while wearing eye glasses. The scope gives a clear view at all distances.Tripod works well and the hard case gives very good protection for storage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bang for the buck It does everything I wanted it to do. the distance on it is great, the viewing is perfect. Only flaw is the tripod isnt the most substantial but it does the job it needs to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from i would not buy again at this price point. since i own a pair of 7x42 Tasco World Class binoculars, i wanted to give this spotting scope a try. My binoculars were purchased in 1994 and are truly awesome. The spotting scope was not even in the same league. It is not expensive and would thrill a child to get one. The World Class binoculars i purchased in 94 are comparable to 300.00 today, so it isn't a fair comparison. Tasco should not include this product in their World Class line.
