Does this kit include a light stand, or would I need to purchase a stand to go with it?
Asked by: Anna
No, a light stand is not included with the purchase of the Lowel Rifa-Lite EX44 Softbox 250W Light with Lamp (120-240 VAC/12 VDC); the light stand would need to be purchased separately. The following items are listed as included with the purchase of the Lowel Rifa-Lite EX44 Softbox 250W Light with Lamp (120-240 VAC/12 VDC) under the "In The Box" section under the Overview tab on our website: 120V 16' Switched #18/3 AC Power Cord • Light Diffuser • Carrying Sleeve • Limited 2-Year Warranty • Sylvania / Osram GCA (250W/120V) Lamp • Limited 90-Day Warranty • Two Year Manufacturer's Warranty. If you need a light stand recommendation, the Lowel Uni TO Dual Light Stand (7'), B&H # LOUN55D, or the Impact Air-Cushioned Light Stand (Black, 8'), B&H # IMLS8AI MFR # LS-8AI, would work for your usage needs.

question

I have the Lowel Rifa LC 44 and LC88. Can I exchange my bulb to fluorecent?
Asked by: Anonymous
The Lowel LC-44 can use the Lowel LC-74 User Retrofit Kit - Rifa-Lite 44 to Rifa-eX 44 B&H # LOLC74 while the LC-88 can use the Lowel LC-78 User Retrofit Kit for Rifa 88 to Rifa eX88 B&H # LOLC78. Both kits will allow you to use the Lowel Rifa Exchange sockets with fluorescent lamps. Please note that both of these items can only be ordered by phone.

question

Hello, I was wondering what the pole is for the riffa 44 light kit?
Asked by: Yong Jin K.
The pole is kind of like the handle of an umbrella. You pull it back and snap it in place. Doing this opens the light to a nice tight construction . Then you attach the white square diffuser to complete the soft-box.The pole assembly also adjusts to whatever angle you want to shoot he light. There is a set-screw to hold it in place during the shoot. Then you loosen that screw to collapse the light down so it fits in it's storage bag.
