Characterized by its especially thin pancake profile, the Color-Skopar 21mm f/4 P from Voigtlander is an ultra-wide prime designed for M-mount rangefinder cameras. Its slim stature makes it ideal for everyday walk-around use, and the expansive field of view is well-suited to architectural and interior subjects. The manual focus design permits working with subjects as close as 1.6' away, and a removable lens hood is included to shield the front lens element to minimize flare and ghosting.

Voigtlander Color-Skopar 21mm f/4 P Reviews
Voigtlander Color-Skopar 21mm f/4 P Lens, The Best!
Super sharp, small and well made! I use it on my Voigtlander Bessa R2A with an external finder and on my Fujifilm XPro 2 with an adapter. Super fast shipping by B&H!
Looking forward
Looking forward to receiving my purchase in the mail soon. I expect it will receive more stars when it arrives!
21mm Voigtlander
Outstanding
Great lens. Perfect size
I just this on a M7. It’s a great size, pancake style lens. For the price you can’t beat what you are getting.
What a surprise
The build quality, as others have said, is spectacular. The haptic feeling of manually operating the diaphragm makes my shooting experience more fun. Optically it is pretty much perfect, at least on the cropped sensor of my Fuji X-T3. It's contrasty and sharp even wide open. I am not seeing any color casts, in fact the colors are nearly identical to Fuji'x own 23mm f/2. I bought it for zone focusing capabilities, for situations when I cannot rely on autofocus and it's been great for that.
Good but not great.
A decent lens for the price point with short comings. I bought this lens in December 2018 and use it with my Leica M240M-P. It is fairly sharp but suffers from quite severe (Magenta / Purple) chromatic aberration on the far left and particularly right side of the camera frame. This might be corrected somewhat in Lightroom although I have not specifically tried this yet. I would say for the price point its a good deal but know if you intend to use if with a M240 it comes with some shortcomings... As soon as I can afford it I will trade up to the 21mm Super Elmar f3.4 In fairness to Voightlander and this lens, it might perform better on a Sony or Fuji camera but as I do not own either, I can not test this for sure.
Fantastic Voigtlander Color-Skopar 21mm f/4 P Lens
This is a tiny 21mm! Image quality is outstanding on my Voigtlander Bessa R2! Well made smooth focus. Aperture is a bit lose. I would prefer it a bit tighter to avoid accidentally bumping it.
Fantastic but not for all cameras
Hi, I purchased this lens for using on my M4 and found fantastic. But when I moved to my M240.... The Italian Flag problem present in some lenses was heavily present, nothing CornerFix cannot solves, but need to correct every photo done with this lens, (so I purchased a Zeiss zm biogon 21mm). Now using on my Monochrome M246 this lens is again a very beautiful lens, small, light and sharp (at least as I like).
