Rode does not make a stud extension for the PSA1 Studio Boom Arm, but there is a washer on the arm to lock microphones in place.

It says the minimum weight is 1.54 lbs on the Røde website, but would this work for my 0.89 lb ZDM-1 if I just tighten screws?
Asked by: Devon
The manufacturer recommends 1.5lbs in order to prevent the springs from moving with the mic attached to the PSA1 Studio Boom Arm. It may be possible that tightening the screws can help the issue, but it is not guaranteed.
