F-5XA Shoulder and Belt Bag, Small (Black) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 51.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Mirrorless Camera Kit I wanted a small camera bag to fit my Canon EOS M. This fit the bill perfectly. I carry the Camera 22mm kit lens, 50mm 1.8 MKII with Ef adaptor mounted to it. 2 xtra batteries and 3 xtra media cards, lens mount cap, rocket blower and lens cleaning rag all in this small bag. If you want to carry more stuff I suggest the F-5xb. If I want to carry a ton of gear than I would just carry my Canon 5D kit and a bunch of L-glass. I wanted a travel friendly take everywhere kit and this works great. If I have any negatives about the bag would say I do not like the zipper that opens the main compartment. I leave it unzipped most of the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little shooting bag! I just purchased this bag to complement my F-803 satchel, which I use for most assignments. I'm a working photojournalist and I like to travel light. I bought this bag for a very specific purpose, to carry one Leica M rangefinder camera and one extra lens and/or extra film. I often carry my larger domke when shooting events or more serious work, but when I'm walking around exploring a place or doing street photography, often I just need one camera, maybe an extra lens and a place to keep extra rolls of film. Sometimes a bag isn't needed, but it's nice to have a place to put the camera if the weather turns foul or if I need to enter a place where I don't want to show off my camera. This bag is perfect for my purposes. It's a great bag for pro shooters using small gear wanting to be discrete and travel very light. It can hold a Leica MP with a lens mounted and another lens, with some room left over for film, and not much else. I love the velcro flap combined with the interior zipper closure, which should make the bag fairly pilfer-proof. My one complaint is the large red domke tag on the front flap, since I didn't want the bag to look like a camera bag. Fortunately, it's nothing that couldn't be fixed with 30 seconds and a sharp pair of scissors. It's a wonderful little bag, and judging by the longevity of my 803, which I've had for over ten years and which has been all over the world, I'm sure it will hold up well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Great Big, Little Bag. I purchased Domke's F-5XA for my partner's Nikon D40 SLR and it doubles up as a small camcorder bag.The F-5XA is useful, practical and looks great! Of particular note are the 'gripper'shoulder strap (it does what it says)and the padded interior which you can customize and keeps your precious gear safe. On the down side the two accessory pockets are pretty small but you can sqeeze in a spare filter,SD card, cleaning cloth and brush at a push. Overall, a superb small camera bag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from But That's Not a Camera Bag? Exactly. I purchased this bag for an upcoming trip where I would be spending a significant amount of time in areas where crime is of significant concern. When the bag arrived, I showed it to a coworker as my new camera bag. Her reaction; that's not a camera bag. Perfect. The bag is very compact. It just barely fits my Nikon D90 w/ 18-55 attached and a 50mm 1.8 tossed in for low light shooting. Once the 35mm 1.8 comes out, I'll probably toss that in instead of the 50. The canvas material of the bag feels solid and durable, and the padding is thick enough to be protective in minor drops without being too much (this is an ultra compact bag after... in SLR terms at least). The strap has two parallel lines of a rubber-like thread woven into the entire length of the strap, giving it great grip when it's on your shoulder. The bag is great, though I'm mildly consider the FXB which would offer just a hair more room. As long as you order this bag expecting a very small, incognito bag, you won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality Bag! It's a nice bag. It fits my SLR and an extra lens plus a couple accessories in the small front pockets like an extra battery, memory card, and small card reader. The buckles are made of metal which is nice and less likely to break. It's a great compact shoulder bag for when you're walking around town, hiking, etc. The only thing I don't like is that the front pockets don't have any zippers but the flap covers them up nicely. And I wish it had a couple more small pockets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from With a lot of customization I was looking for a bag to keep my camera in as I walk around taking photos. It would be nice to have room for another lens, maybe car keys and a phone, or a pair of sunglasses. Many rangefinder forum users suggested this bag, so I purchased one. The price was inexpensive enough to take a chance without having seen the bag in person. It's well made, but it doesn't seem well designed. The main compartment is covered by a flap that is held in place by LouD velcro attachments. There are no pockets in the flap, so it is apparently only there to keep out the rain: slightly inconvenient. The main compartment is additionally has a zipper along the top center. The problem is that the top is shaped such that the sides don't completely open, so getting things in and out is inconvenient and the item will rub against the zipper as well. The included separator provides a section for the camera and whatever else is along for the ride which is fine for bigger things. A separate pocket for the little things is useful as well and this bag has two. Unfortunately, they appear to be designed to each hold a single lens cap, and don't have their own closure, instead relying on the bag flap. They may reliably hold onto something, but I'm not betting on it. Nice shoulder strap, nice size, I like the simplicity in concept. I might cut off the flap, sew on a full size external pocket, and do something about widening the top opening, and then I'd have a perfect bag!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for what it is designed for I was looking a small bag for my Nikon D300 w/ Zeiss 25mm lens for walk around street shooting. The bag should not shout out loud I'm a camera bag,be lighweight, comfortable to wear on the shoulder or as a sling bag. This one fits the bill. I can fit in the camera with the lens on, a spare battery, and memory cards, It's got a couple of small external pockets sized for a small cel phone, a battery etc. I found it sits comfortably on my shoulder, the strap does not slip off, and it does not look like a camera bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect size for my needs I purchased this bag for my Fujifilm x100T. I wanted a durable bag, small enough to carry al day. I have recently downsized from a DSLR system that needed a backpack for camera, lenses and accessories. This bag fits my camera with the lens hood perfectly. There is also a small interior padded section within the bag for batteries and a wasabi charger. The outside pockets hold my only filter, a circular polarizer, and my small notebook. On a recent airline flight I was able to fit the bag inside my carryon daypack with room to spare. It is rugged, with a plain and simple design. Just what I wanted!
