All In One USB 2.0 Digital Flash Card Reader / Writer is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 320.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Little Unit Have tried several SD card readers and most of them are pretty flimsy or have retractable things that seem to be add-ons and not intrinsically well designed or well manufactured...I like this unit because it does one thing well - reads SD cards (unlike multi-card readers which try to do everything) is compact and simply slides into the USB port...only downside, which really is quite minimal is that the two end caps are not attached to the main unit, which means easy to lose...would be a simple manufacturing fix...c'mon, what's stopping good comprehensive user focused design?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Ergomtrics, Good Performance Even with high capacity, I like to trasfer my pictures to my computer after each session and save battery power by using this reader. In the short time I have been using it, it has pewrformed flawlessly an quickly. The problem that I have with it is that the very short cable makes it necessary to reach all the way to the floor. (My Dell has the USB ports near the bottom and my computer desk has the compartment below the keyboard.) On top of that, the plastic cover is difficult to remove and the card is too tightly held to make insertion and removal difficult. In short, the packaging is definitely not user friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable Card Reader I purchased this product in February to conveniently load my photos and HD video to my computer. Truthfully, from the beginning I had issues. The reader plugs and installs to Windows 7 just fine. The inconsistency stems from several corrupted cards. During files transfers to a PC hard drive, the card would become corrupted. This occurred on my two SanDisk HDSC Extreme cards and my two Transcend SDHC cards - all of which are Class 10. I ended up buying another card reader from Kingston and have seen my issues stop. I regret that my unit didn't work out as it would have been a great, portable solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great inexpensive tool fro SDHC users I have been using CF and SD cards for years. Never had a problem all the way up to 8gb CF cards. Bought a 4gb and 8gb HC SD card with a new Canon point and shoot on line from B&H. Was not aware that the SDHC cards would not be readable in my card readers. Thought I would need to find driver updates but a t/c to B&H enlightened me as to the need for the SDHC card reader. Worked immediatley and is an absolute must for all SHDC users. Thanks B&H for being there for all of us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great practical buy! It's much easier to connect my SD card to the computer through this as compared to my camera. Unlike a camera, I don't have to worry about draining the life from my battery when I'm uploading pictures. I wish the housing surrounding the sd card was a bit more narrow. I've had difficulty connecting the reader to a computer because the wide housing makes the connection to the USB port difficult to manage. In one case, the casing was too big, so I was completely unable to connect the reader to the USB port. No issues with my regular PC though. Really great product with a very reasonable price!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked great and then died When it worked, I loved it. It was durable and compact. It came with covers to protect the USB and card opening. One day I put a 32GB SDHC card in and started copying my music (approx. 18GB) and itjust stopped mid-way. I pulled the card thinking it was the card, but it tested out fine in a laptop I have with SDHC slots. Price was great, but since it lasted less than 6 months I have to recommend NOT buying it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked fine for a while, but not durable New to digital photography, I bought the GGI card reader when I purchased my Nikon D5000. I've downloaded images through the reader about 70 times since that purchase in the spring of 2010, and today, without warning, it failed to recognize the same SDHC card I've been using from day 1. It IS small, compact, and despite the short cord, I found it convenient to use, but there's really not much to a card reader mechanically or electrically, so if it can't last even a year under normal use, I can't recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete piece of junk - DO NOT BUY This reader copied 1GB or so, sometimes less, then spontaneously ejected itself, repeatedly, then after i'd spent 2 hours copying each file individually from the card, luckily after the last file, lost all the data on the card. I spent about 4 hours copying files that should have taken about 45 min. DON'T BUY THIS. I bought a SanDisk reader and it immediately copied 2 x 32GB cards without any problem.
