237 (2896) Flex Arm for Super Clamp is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better This flex arm looks really sturdy, has the bulk and weight of something really sturdy and yet, does not really hold up its end of the bargain. By the time you add a spring clamp to the end and a reflector, the weight will cause the arm to sag, requiring additional support. It will come in handy for macro work, when you can rest it against the ground, tripod leg or anything somewhat stable. I was a little disappointed that extra support will be required. For me, this arm comes close to falling on the wrong side of the weight/bulk vs. usefulness ratio. I give it a three only because it's extremely well made. Just know that it won't support a great deal of weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Little Gadgets These flex arms are a great add on to the super clamp system.. Much better than the shorter non-flexible arm... Great for arena lighting and suspending from truss and beams.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be better This is an excellent product. I'm an art therapist and work in a rehabilitation hospital. I find this flex arm to be very useful for mounting cameras to patient's wheelchairs to give them extra support when they lack the strength to hold a camera independently. It's easy to set-up, easy to adjust, light weight, and offers excellent support for all cameras. My patient's find the flex arm so helpful that they often end up buying their own for home use once they leave the hospital.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This has been a useful product when combines with a camera platform and mafer clamp. It works as a small light weight steady cam for my recently purchased Sony MC1POV camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from long and flexible plenty long and flexible. heavier than i would like, but this might mean it will be durable. holds the weight of CN-160 LED in any position on my shoulder mount as long as you don't bounce around too much. really gets the light out of the eyes of the subject. price is really good, therefore 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flexes to destroy It's too flexable. Unless you're using it on a stand that's meant to never move, I'd never put anything on the arm. Because if you put it on something you're moving around, like a tripod or a light, your monitor/mini led/recorder is going to come smacking down into a wall, or the tripid/light stand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to use I was expecting an arm that you could bend in any kind of shape and that it would stick to that shape. But it doesn't. It will easily make a U curve but that's about it. It comes out of every other shape I've tried to put it into. Plus it's heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome arm Was kind leery buying this. I plan on using it for live shows to hold cameras onstage. When i received it i was amazed. Very heavy duty, once you bend it where you want it. It will stay! Wont drop down or move.
