Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy upgrade for my Toshiba NB305-N410BL I purchased the memory upgrade for my Toshiba Mini NB305-N410BL. (I still have the Windows 7 Starter operating system since I haven't upgraded it to the full version yet.) The memory was very easy to install. I removed the old 1GB memory and replace it with the new 2GB memory. The netbook instantly recognized the memory upgrade as soon as I turned it on. With the new memory, my netbook boots-up faster and I can run multiple applications without any lag. This is a quality product, easy to install, and a great memory upgrade to make your netbook perform faster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incorrect Memory/Great Customer Service The Gateway P-6312 Notebook was rated by your tool up to 4G (2 memory sticks). However in reality it only will accept 2G. I had returned the first (2)2G sticks and you promtly sent me 2 replacements. However the issue is this machine will only accpet 2G. You should correct your memory recommendation for future users. I will call and try to return the ones I have. No need to go much further with this older PC and will request a refund. Stuff happens and given your prompt customer service I will work with your company again if the need arises. Thanks, Howard

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service, Fast Delivery, Solid Product I was upgrading my high-end, war-horse, well-loved laptop so I could upgrade to Windows 10. As soon as I installed the memory there was a significant increase in performance, those lags I'd gotten used to disappeared.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gave New Life to an Older Laptop Yes, there were no instructions but with YouTube, that was easily solved. Took longer to walk to my car to retrieve the package than to install the memory.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and bad I have an Asus 1201n. The RAM was very easy to install, but it didn't recognize the increased capacity on bootup/restart. I had to go into my BIOS and resave it before exiting. I made no adjustments except for acknowledging that my RAM int he BIOS had increased from 2 GB to 4GB. Once I did that, everything was fine.
