Key Features
  • F-Mount Lens/FX Format
  • Aperture Range: f/4 to f/22

Versatile enough for close-up and faraway subjects, the Nikon F-mount 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro from Sigma is a telephoto zoom lens characterized by its unique ability to also handle macro applications with a 1:2 maximum magnification ratio. The optical design incorporates one Special Low Dispersion element, which helps to control chromatic aberrations and color fringing for high clarity and color accuracy. Will this fit my Canon EOS M 100 ?
Asked by: Harri
The Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon EOS, B&H # SI703004SCAF, is designed for use with the Canon EF lens mount designed for use on Canon's SLR and DSLR cameras. The Canon EOS M100 Mirrorless Digital Camera uses the smaller Canon EF-M lens mount designed for use on Canon's smaller mirrorless digital cameras. As such, the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon EOS would not directly fit onto the Canon EOS M100 Mirrorless Digital Camera. You would need a lens adapter such as the Canon EF-M Lens Adapter Kit for Canon EF / EF-S Lenses, B&H # CALA, to connect the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon EOS to the Canon EOS M100 Mirrorless Digital Camera. If you need a telephoto zoom lens designed to fit directly to your camera without the use of an adapter, the Canon EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM Lens (Black), B&H # CA55200M, would be compatible for use with your camera.

I use it with a D7000. Works fine with that camera. Can't say about D7500. Very decent lens considering price point.

I have a Sony 7rii and Canon 5 Mk ii. I use my Canon lens with the Sony using a metabones converter. Will the Sigma 70-300mm f4-5.6 Macro work as a full frame or APS format?

question

will this lense be compatible with SONY A30000 camera?
Asked by: Pedro F l.
Unfortunately not, this lens is designed for Sony A-Mount bodies. A similar compatible E-Mount option would be the Sony E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS Lens (B&H # SO5521045B).
