As such, the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon EOS would not directly fit onto the Canon EOS M100 Mirrorless Digital Camera. You would need a lens adapter such as the Canon EF-M Lens Adapter Kit for Canon EF / EF-S Lenses, B&H # CALA, to connect the Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro Lens for Canon EOS to the Canon EOS M100 Mirrorless Digital Camera.

It can cover full frame which means it will also cover the smaller APS-C frame.
