Anti-Fog Eyepiece Eg is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from works exactly as advertised, but beware ... This eliminated fogging on the 1Ds Mark III, the 5D Mark III, and now my 5DS. Fits and works equally well on all three cameras. But I did a stupid--I tried cleaning one with lens cleaner. DONT. There is a full set of instructions that come with the eyepiece explaining how to clean it, which I had forgot about. When I started to wipe the lens cleaner off with tissue, a film layer came off the eyepiece, and it was instantly ruined. So buy it and marvel how well it works, but read the instructions before cleaning it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for fogging, but has some issues This little eyepiece works wonders against fogging on my 1DX! Even when I blow against it with my breath, it clears up within seconds and stays that way in the cold. That said, this eyepiece uses an uncoated layer of glass, introducing reflections and flare in the viewfinder when composing in high contrast/backlit situations. I find this distracting and am generally disappointed with it's poor performance in harsh lighting conditions. Had Canon coated the glass, this could have been avoided. For that reason, this eyepiece is not something I would want to leave on the camera day in day out, which is a bummer because I really don't want to be carrying two eye pieces around with me in the field.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Anti Fog eyepiece Replaces the original eyepiece perfectly. Works as described. You do loose a little bit of viewfinder light though but not much. I use it spring fall when its cold in the mornings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from At last I can See Prior to installing the anti-fog eyepiece I would often not be able to see clearly through the viewfinder. My breathe (accidentally) would fog the eyepiece. At my last winter shot, this did not happen. I am not sure how long the anti-fog protection will work, but for the moment I am a happy camper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but overpriced I definitely like this eyepiece and wish I could have one on each of my Canon bodies, but it seems overpriced, for a piece of glass wedged into a plastic item which slips over the viewfinder. But it works to keep the viewfinder clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but handle with care It works as billed and it does take extra TLC to preserve coating (as Canon says)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from in this heat, it works :) this thing is not big deal technology, but it works and works well in very hot/humid weather. what else is there to say, comes with a cleaning cloth and soft spatula for easy cleaning of the corners.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works but not for long I used this in Newfoundland. No good after 1 cleaning and I used the supplied cleaning tools. Salt water perhaps. Better ways to spend $45.00 IMHO.
