Manfrotto 234RC Reviews
A welcome gift
Bought this, along with the Manfrotto 290 monopod as a gift tandem. Only been used once or twice, but the report I got was that it was really easy to use and very effective in switching horizontal/vertical.
Works great on my monopod
Attached to oben monopod. Works great and qr plate is the same on tripod.
A different use
Does exactly what I want it to do. I use it to attach a microphone to a Manfrotto monopod when recording oral history interviews. The quiick release reduces my setup and takedown time. The ability to tilt he head enables me to direct the microphone for optimal puckup.
Excellent Tilt Head
A great accessory for any monopod enabling fast transition from horizontal to vertical format.
Good price for a good item
Exactly what I needed for a good price.
Simple and functional
I attached this particular head to a monopod because I wanted the same manfrotto quick release that my tripods have. I also wanted to easily rotate my camera from landscape to portrait mode. This head accomplished both at a very reasonable price. It's sturdy and easy to use.
Very easy to use
I have this mounted on my c-stand for food photography and it works great!
rock solid
Does exactly what you think it does . Teams up well with the Wimberly mono gimbal head as well . Locks down tight and holds a Nikon D850 with grip along with a Tamron 150-600 g2 quite nicely
