The RTcom USA HDMI Pure Fiber Optic Extender (12VDC) allows you to extend HDMI signals to digital display units (plasma TV, digital projector, LCD monitor, HDTV, etc.) as far as 1640' (500 m) away, using fiber optic cables. This extender provides noise-free and high resolution (1080p) signals without separate CAT-5 cables for HDCP communication. The fiber optic cable requires only a 1" hole for installation. This unit consists of one transmitter and one receiver. Required fiber optic cable is available separately.
