- Aperture Range: f/4-22
- Designed for Lumix G-Series
- Fits Micro Four Thirds Format
The Panasonic 45-200mm f/4-5.6 G Vario MEGA O.I.S. Lens is an interchangeable long telephoto zoom lens, developed by Leica exclusively for Panasonic Lumix digital micro four-thirds cameras. It follows the ultra-compact Micro Four Thirds Standard, which also makes it compatible with other brands that use this same format. The focal length of this lens is equivalent to approximately 90-400mm in 35mm format terms.
More DetailsBy incorporating the MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) feature and 3 ED elements, this lens makes it possible to capture clear, sharp images, edge to edge, even in macro shooting or low-lit situations. This provides users with a wide range of shooting flexibility.
Note: Since the Four Thirds camera body has a longer flange back length than the Micro Four Thirds camera body, Micro Four Thirds lenses cannot be mounted on Four Thirds camera bodies.

question
Does this lens mount on a Canon T6I camera?
The Panasonic Lumix G X Vario 35-100mm f/2.8 has the micro four thirds mount while the Canon T6i has the Canon EF/EF-S mount. Unfortunately, the two would not be compatible.

question
Is this a very good portrait lens? Comparable to the canon 70-200 f2.8?
Dont know from Canon but i wud think so. It is sharp, not very heavy, doesn't extend for zooming and weather sealed. There is a new version coming out very soon.

question
Does this lens experience lens creep? Either new or with repeated use?
I have not used this lens a great deal yet. There aren't any apparent problems with it. The construction is not as strong as the 11-35 or 35-100. It is very powerful for it weight and size.
